Description

Roof top deck construction at Indulj nightclub located at 1208 U St NW. This is a residential neighborhood and this bar is a bad neighbor. There have been shootings in the alley behind this bar and allowing them to be outside will only make it worse. Also, NO BUILDING PERMITS
