Description

Vacant lot owned by the City has a tree that was checked last year. The tree is hollow and branches are now breaking off and hitting the NIPSCO wires. NIPSCO was called and they will not do anything about the branches on the wires because it is not the individual's property. This is an extremely dangerous situation.
