Description

There is an abandoned car in radius sandy springs apartment complex outside of building 2400. It was previously abandoned on the side of Colquitt Road and the police placed an impounding notice on it on 8/23/19 while it was there. This sticker is still on the car. The car was moved to this location outside our building a week or two later and has not moved since then.
