Crossing Capital Blvd from Brentwood (going to the 2900 block of Brentwood from the 2800 block) has become a huge hassle every morning. People regularly wait for the light in the straight lane, only to ultimately turn left onto Capital Blvd north. Just this morning this happened 3 times! This is very dangerous and also backs up traffic. Is there some way to get some enforcement of the laws at this intersection in the morning between 730 and 8?
