Recorded tracks of bicycle commuters going through this hazard shown in attached image, in context of other reported hazards to JHU/APL bicycle commuters.

Location appears correct on the map.

Problem appears to be out of scope for this reporting tool.

I don't know why Howard County Public Works is not taking emails on this problem but ya it looks like you'll have to contact them directly.

@Barry - Thanks Barry. Compared to what gets reported and fixed here on SeeClickFix, these bigger engineering and retrofit issues seem too big, complex, expensive for dealing with here. I learned this later as I watched how it works.

I do send requests to P&Z via email, and talking to them at the cycling events. Although I don't know if this helped and is connected, I did notice that later a Cedar Lane bike path project was submitted by Howard County P&Z to BMC's PlanIt 2035 project.

I have a feeling many people are asking for Cedar Lane bike improvements, it is a major southern connection to Columbia.
