Speaking for the residents of Overlook on the Creek, we face a daily battle to pull out safely onto Minnetonka Blvd due to the fact that the county allows parking along the east bound lane. Motorists tend to park on both sides of our entrance/exit.

As seen in the photo, these trucks are here daily and sit at the top of the hill. This makes seeing oncoming traffic very difficult when pulling out, not to mention you must watch from the other direction as well with cars driving 35-40mph easily. We personally as well as other people have almost been t-boned here multiple times due to having to pull so far out in the road just to see.

The county built and paid for a small parking lot right on this road that is sufficient for people to park at. Continuing to subsidize and allow parking along the road is a danger to the community and local residents. Please, remove parking privileges here immediately!
