Abandoned dark blue Volvo S90, PA tag HDX 2859, exp 12/10, inspection exp 2/11. The car has been sitting in the same location for about two months, leaking oil. It appears to be inoperable. There's a donut tire on the front passenger side. Around Thanksgiving, it was hit, and now there's considerable damage on the front driver's side and the front bumper is falling off. Please get this thing towed.

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.
