Description

It is 4 am and there is constant noise from construction on the I -580 corridor, by Mills college. Constant loud trucks and now honking because they are causing standstill traffic. At 4 am! This is not the first time this construction has disturbed our family. Just the first time complaining. It’s gross you think this is livable. There is no reason to be waking me up at 3-4am with this incessant noise.
