Description
There are 2 RV / Campers where people are living in during the night. This can be seen by the nightly lights on inside the campers. Also several vehicles have not been moved in months. While not illegal there have been a lot of people coming and going at the property so one has to wonder how many people are living there. It’s a eye sore to the neighborhood and seems like some code violations.

We have received the same allegation before on this property about people sleeping in the RV. The owner is within his rights to use the RV for recreational uses including as additional living room space at any hour of the day & night provided they are not using it for sleeping. In a past case, I have discussed this same complaint with the property owner who denied it was taking place and allowed me to view the interior of the RV at that time. It was not set up for use as sleeping space.
We will check on the vehicles as well. The owner need only demonstrate that they are operable in order to be stored where they are currently parked on private property.
