Description

Street sweeper cannot clean because entire street is filled with cars despite it being cleaning day. the businesses along the street have delivery trucks and employees that just ignore cleaning day because it's not being enforced at all. please send a parking enforcement officer to ticket vehicles every week so the street can be cleaned properly.
