I totally agree; it needs t/b cleaned up and kept up.

If this overgrowth is in the road ROW shouldn’t Brookhaven be taking care of this regardless of who is responsible for parks? Maybe that is why it is overgrown because it is not in the park.

I saw this myself today, and noticed how bad it looked. It's such a shame to see such eyesores throughout our community.

Please tell me what code exactly deals with a property owners yard....dealing specifically with overgrowth of flowers or shrubs. Who decides what is a weed and what is an "ornamental" plant? Who or what document decides how much lawn is required or how much may be dedicated to flowering plants? Also is the something telling me Mac heights allowed etc.Thanks so much for any help I can get with this....I personally prefer more flowers and less lawn. May not be everyone's cup o tea....but really need to know before I break some law.
