Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

In order to resolve this issue we will need to mill out and blacktop a small area around 4 parking spaces and bring it back to grade. In order to achieve this we will need to mill out some of the parking areas. Howard County is not responsible for maintaining these parking areas. With that being said we are willing mill out and blacktop the low area back to grade if the HOA is willing to repaint the reserved spaces and lines. We are currently done with our blacktop operation for this year. We will be starting things back up some time in the spring. We will put this on our list for repair.

This issue was resolved but never closed. Parking areas were resurfaced by the HOA.
