I have not seen any one come and see this Alley structure....it is holding water and the alley is slowly deteriorating.

In the last month I have had to repair the gaping hole out side of my privacy fence just to park my cars in my backyard. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I Am Spending Money On Gravel To Fix A City Issue. I WILL KEEP THIS CASE OPEN UNTIL I GET THIS ALLEY INSPECTED AND FIXED...!!!!!

Not one single repair has been made....!!!!
