Household and biz trash are an issue in many areas, as is evident from the sign I spotted while in NYC this week. However, how difficult is it to get signs made and located on neighborhood trash cans with a warning? Let's send out an email blast from our new admiration identifying this as a problem, they've started the don't drop effort this could be part of that initiative helping to make people aware! That's my suggestion!
