Illegal alcohol consumption at Jackson Park by softball Sunday league teams. Saw large number of players and spectators drinking beer around 3pm today. Came back approx. 5:45 to play with my son at the playground and there were dozens of beer bottle caps laying around. This is not the first time. Alcohol is explicitly prohibited at park and there are signs. These teams' field use permits should be revoked or suspended.
