Description

About six months ago the streetlight bulb on this corner was changed from a soft light to a glaring white almost strobe light that shines directly into the windows of my house and through all the light clocking curtains making it essentially daylight in all our bedrooms at night. No one can sleep as it shines directly in our eyes even through the curtains. I have lived here for 29 years and have never had this problem. Light pollution is not good for the earth and its inhabitants. Change this streetlight to be less offensive to those who live under it.

Q. What is your Natural Resources concern?
A. Light pollution is a problem for animals and people alike. Not only is this light keeping us from sleeping it it a waste of electricity and it makes a constant noise and is disrupting wildlife. It was fine before, I mean still annoying and bright but with a softer bulb at least we could sleep. This is like some sort of torture light. change it! Argh!!
