This address is 48th Avenue, not 48th Street (so it's not in Temescal District).

Yet another Code Enforcement issue. Looks like that property changed hands only 4 years ago. Sad that the owner or manager isn't making sure that it's not literally a dump. Swank, sounds like the location needs to be changed to 1729 39th Ave which would be Fruitvale District. Not sure where the 511 48th St came from.

when I reported the issue it was based on the GPS of where I was at the time...not sure how to change that.
