Let's just put a traffic light at every street corner,then people won't have to think so much when they drive.

Trying to enter Annapolis from Hayes is a nightmare. This is especially true when another car is in the turn lane wanting to enter the restaurant parking lot and won't give way.

This problem still exists after a year! Luckily, nobody has been injured but I have seen near altercations due to people trying to get out onto Hayes. I don't get it, a private housing area, north of 19 Mile, have their own stop light. I guess our lives don't count as much.
