Still an ongoing issue, city aware, no ticket ever issue after multiple complaints to the city via 311

An ongoing problem throughout the city! Richardson Place is another street where cans are left out all week in the middle of the street. Our pick up was Wednesday, today is Friday. They aren’t even lined up, just scattered all over the street. No one responds after contacting 311. Rats are running rampant. Drivers can’t park. Please collect and take them to the Mayor’s house. Or put trash collection cans under ground.
