Description

This is a busy street with school buses, large trucks (garbage,lawn and delivery trucks) that frequently use the Charter Oaks Blvd which turns into Little Mack Rd. to commute to the elementary school in the neighborhood and take a short cut to bypass the train and enter back on to 16 mile rd.
The potholes are getting worse to where large pieces of cement are broken, are grossly visible and a pothole then appears. The condition is so bad, I would not recommend any vehicle of value driving down the street as your shocks/struts will need a replacement sooner than later! I heard that residents have been fighting for years to get this road repaired. Sorry, but half @#$% asphalt patches does not fix the situation! and now, here we are with the winter weather...this road needs to be fixed once and for all. It should be the city or the MDOT that needs to man up and fix the situation, ask anyone who drives this road...its aweful!
