Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. PEO J Santos continues to hassle 700 Grove residents with erroneous tickets outside of the no parking windows and without merit. Since getting a hold of parking authority is impossible I’m also posting this here. Ticketing cars at 6:30a when no parking doesn’t take affect until 8, and claiming street cleaning when no signs are posted is ridiculous and obviously meant for meeting quota.
