  Been brought up for months. City says area you mention belongs to CalTrans. The #poseytriangle is an out of sight out of mind proposition for the City. 😱 Perhaps contact West Alameda Business Assoc. to get them to apply pressure?🤔

  Jesse...how do you explain the filth that occupies the narrow strip of land on the left hand side as one exits the Webster tube into Alameda? In less than an hour someone could easily pick up the trash. 🤔 Bureaucracy once again gets in the way. 🙄
