I had a look around and it turns out the sign has been moved well prior to the actual intersection (where it had been for many years along with a stop sign). Presumably moved due to having been knocked down so many times. So now no one notices the right turn only sign and there's no stop sign. Which is a problem if you're in a car behind someone on Cole who's waiting for both sides of Cedar Springs to clear so they can turn left on to Cedar Springs.

Also: you can barely see it in the photo (and in person) but there is a faded right turn only arrow painted on the road. A new one would surely help.
