Noise Pollution issue. Unlicensed rooster in cage on patio of apartment. Rooster is less than 100 feet from any apartment in any direction which is against ordinances. Police have been called with no luck.

Will add video of what the Rooster sounds like from a location around 200 feet away with the doors and windows hut. 30 seconds of video, 2 cycles of crowing.
