Heading south on Clairemont, at Ponce, the No Turn on Red sign is partially obscured by tree limbs, which clearly encourages many drivers to endanger pedestrians by turning right on red. Both tree trimming and traffic enforcement would be helpful at this location, the latter with particular emphasis to the hundreds of drivers daily who block the box while driving on Ponce at busy times of day.
