Somebody must be new to the neighborhood. That's cute that you think you have yourself an issue there. It's not a cut through, it's the most direct route between a great many places, which might be why there is a big green sign with an arrow on Walton pointing it out.

Accelerating and creating LOUD noise is getting epidemic lately. Don't they have excessive noise laws any more? It's "anything goes" these days.

YUP! Frembes Rd is a main route, just like Voorheis Rd. There 's probably a lot of rednecks cuttin' thru, makin' all sorts of noise, with loud pickup trucks, new & old, most likely using Frembes a lot.

I can see speeding being a problem, but Frembes is a main road. If you want to live on a street that is not a cut-thru you should buy a house on a road that does not have yellow lines painted down the middle. You should call WPD and give them use of your driveway to catch speeders. I doubt they will come, but you can try.
