Both sides of Fair Oaks Blvd from Bridge Street to Oak Avenue the bike lane is full of junk (screws, wire, glass, nails, etc.) and has been for many months. It's doesn't seem the bike lanes are cleaned. It's tough to tell when you're in a car, but experiencing it everyday commuting and 5 flat tires in 3 months is exhausting. When the bike lanes or shoulders aren't clean, this causes bicyclists to ride in the car lane – NOT SAFE.
