I went there and could not find the tag, does anyone know if it has been removed already? Or perhaps I was at the wrong box, I did do a check of the while condo area and did not see anything though.

This issue is closed. It can be re-opened if the same graffiti is identifed. If the same box is hit with new graffiti, a new issue should be created.

The graffiti hasn't been cleaned. It is on the box at the far end of River Watch's yard, directly across from Blue Bird.
