Public works, the link you provide is a dead end. If you click the link and then click on Code Enforcement you get a message that CEDA has been dissolved into four departments... None of which cover Code Enforcement. Please provide how to follow up on this ticket 474265.

It took seven months, but the owners did finally paint over it.
