"Street needs to be rebuilt around manhole."... AND the sidewalk adjacent to the area is even worse making it extremely dangerous for the MANY MANY pedestrians and cyclists who have to dodge the SPEEDING single occupant drivers who could choose to walk, cycle, or use mass transportation which would result in cleaner air, healthier people, and a SMALLER sick care system instead of the pathetically enormous waste of human potential in the TMC.
