Timing needs to be corrected so when the light at the intersection of Holcombe and Brasewood turns green, the light at MD Anderson should be green also.

A. Heading East on Holcombe, traffic backs up to main because the lights at MD Anderson and Brasewood are not timed. The light will turn green at Brasewood, but the light is red at MD anderson and no cars can get thru.
