Based on your video that sure looks to be a violation. They're probably part of the "in" crowd in Middletown that seems to be able to do whatever they want. That was appalling though. Good luck getting them to stop.

This video was removed by the user. I've lived here since 1983 and never heard of Dripps Rd.

I will repost the video.....the dumping continues. While I am posting take a look at this overhead view . Keep in mind this is zoned residential !!!!!
