I saw this on Broadway this afternoon and something didn’t seem right to me. Especially if this is a business, it would’ve mentioned the person’s or business name and location. I just wanted to share this to make sure that people in the city of Chelsea are being safe with their children taken to “daycares” and we don’t know if this person has any certifications or background check.
