Description
The depression in the street and the adjacent speed bump directly in front of our house causes the street to act like a dam, trapping all the water from our block until it reaches a height high enough to drain to the end of the block. This causes the water in front of our house to rise about 6-10 inches front to back of the house.

Dennis with the streets department also came out and agreed that the issue should be transferred to the sidewalk department.
Dennis stayed that the city needs to come out and relay the asphalt after cutting the street tree roots that have lifted the overall finish grade of the street infront of the property.
