Description

Automobiles fly off Allen Parkway often going 50mph. You cannot see the pedestrian markings and there should be a light allowing citizens to cross from city hall to library ! It is very dangerous... no right of way occurs. Even if the street markings and sign is added, a pedestrian light crossing should be added
