Sharraxaadda

This is supposed to be a "road Repair", my hind end. It has made the road worse. There is a "giant" lump of asphalt, resembling an extremely large "Speed-bump" going across Kennett Road right at the Stanley intersection light. Can someone fix this? I almost went air-born when my truck went over this thing!
