The safety fence on the overpass has been cut, presumable to allow spray painters to deface the sound barrier on the traffic side. It presents a danger for children and pets who may want to explore the traffic side of the sound barrier. It also defeats the purpose of fencing the overpass to protect motorists from having rocks thrown against their windshields.
