Although specifically noted on the SFMTA website: (http://www.sfmta.com/cms/penf/holidayenf.htm), an agent was out ticketing cars parked in a commuter lane on a holiday (11/26). When confronted with the official website document and asked about who is accountable for passing out tickets that were obviously issued in error I was told it's the supervisor decision. When asked what the supervisors name was I was told, "Lee." No last name, nothing. The guy gave me a fake badge number and wouldn't tell me his name either. Disc. over weight asian male with glasses, long pony tail and grey hair. I'm assuming he was getting paid time and a half for working on a holiday and continuing California's trend of blood letting it's citizens during times economic hardship.
