In the parking lot at the SE corner of N. Venice and E. Bellevue there are two separate piles of debris. One is a couch with some rolls of carpet which looks to be near an Environmental Services dumpster and the other is a large pile of carpet padding and other debris near a different dumpster which is clearly not an Environmental Services dumpster. There is a photo for each pile.
