Leroy Road is in my neighborhood and needs to be taken care of by a street sweeper for safety reasons. Isn’t the contract with DeAngelo Brothers administered by the City of Virginia Beach? Rather than citizens contacting the contractor directly, the City should contact them in order to schedule a street sweeper to take care of a safety issue that is not on their regular schedule.
