Metal utility lid (gas) mounted in roadway continues to bounce off when struck by traffic. First edition cracked; second one county replaced (thank you).....keeps ending up on shoulder after bouncing off under carriages direct hit from passing traffic. Possible misalignment of female rim to road surface ?
