Saw this today while at lunch, and figured I'd snap a few photos on my way by. Hard to say for certain what happened, but it appears that the box truck parked in the bike lane and forgot to check that the lift was up before moving.
Hopefully you can hold Fedex responsible so taxpayers won't have to foot the bill!
Either way, good luck & thanks for getting the bike lane repaired... SO many bikers use this street all day long.
