Oh the city cares. But you are correct there are more and more cars parking in yards, yards unkept, commercial tractor trucks in residential areas, tow trucks parked on no parking zones, weekends and holidays are the worst. Actually had a neighbor who parked his car in his yard and told me flat out that he liked haltom cause they didnt ding him for parking in his grass like ft worth, so i printed out the city code and showed him it was not allowed and he hasnt since. It is a niusance though. Just another eyesore upon our community.
