Description

This guy never mows his yard. The grass in his back yard is two feet tall, brown and junk all in it. He has never poured the driveway for his garage in the back yard and has a huge pile of dirt that keeps washing into my yard

Now it's three months later, still no driveway poured for the garage he has in his back yard. He runs a bobcat between 8pm and 10pm which causes alot of noise disturbance and does nothing but move dirt around. He has many vehicles parked in the street and very close to my driveway, it makes it dangerous for me to back out since I cannot see if any vehicles are coming from that direction.
