Sharraxaadda

I work at night in Saratoga, and need to get on Rt 50 to go home. Any time I pull up to the light from Spring St. to take a left on Broadway at night, the light either doesn't change or takes forever to change. I try pulling up, pulling back, going in the right turn lane; nothing seems to work. I have a pretty heavy truck so I know it's not the weight of my vehicle. If there is a sensor there and not a timer, something is definitely wrong with it. Please fix! There is a "No Turn On Red" there, and I sometimes have to resort to turning on a red, because the light never turns green!
