Description

This is report # 941778 down the embankment across from 3324 Courtland ave. This report has been closed. I want to know why it has been closed, as all the reported items are still there. I have 7 pictures of trash, garbage and yard waste that has not been touched. This is my third time reporting this stuff, what is the problem???
