Description

This is the third time this ticket has been reported, #941778. It was closed yesterday and I want to know why, as all of the trash, yard waste, TV, clothing, grocery cart, garbage bags and other trash is still there. NOTHING has been removed. This stuff is down the embankment across the street from 3324 Courtland Avenue, Oakland, Ca. 9419
