PG&E came cut down half a dead tree at the end of our street on the city owned land. They left dead limbs on the tree overhanging the stairs, and they left everything they cut off the tree laying on the ground underneath...basically a big pile of kindling in the hot dry summer. Can PGE or the city come finish the job before the tree falls on the building next to it, someone on the sidewalk or stairs, or becomes a fire hazard.
