Bike has been taking up space and destroyed over the last year with no owner... Bike parking is few and far between in neighbourhoods like college and ossington so every spot counts. This spot faces inward to the sidewalk as well so it is safer and preferable for actual riders. Its sad to see so many bikes like this around the city taking up space left for dead. plz help thanks
