Description

There has been utility work going on for over a month. The vehicles have been parked on Birch and working on Birch and surrounding streets. Although NH noise ordinance prohibits construction from beginning before 7am, the noise begins most mornings at 6:35-6:40, the vehicles starting up, smashing the pavement, repeatedly making high pitched beeping sounds as they back up, etc. This is waking up the whole neighborhood including new born babies and elderly folks. Please help!
